Actress Liza Soberano recently launched a podcast about mental health titled: “An Open Mind with Liza Soberano.”

“In the past two years, people have come to realize the importance of honest, unfiltered conversations about mental health – but there is still a stigma that surrounds it. This 2022, it’s time we change that. Are you ready for some real talk?”

“Join @lizasoberano as she journeys with people from all walks of life to get candid about stress, anxiety, and anything under the sun about our wellbeing on An Open Mind with Liza Soberano.”According to Liza, hosting is not something she’s really comfortable with but when Yassi introduced her to the people behind Mind You and she learned about their mission to further develop the mental health landscape of the Philippines, and so she immediately knew she wanted to be involved.

“The past two years has really shined some light on the importance of prioritizing our mental wellness. It’s time to have honest, unfiltered conversations— without the stigma. Are you ready for some real talk?,” she said. For Yassi’s episode, she opens up about losing her dad, the effect of being a public figure to her relationships, being a raketera, and the raket she’s most proud of recently, among other things.
