Inmate nearing end of sentence shot by escapees has died —BuCor

“May mga ibang factor lang na doon tayo nagkulang siguro sa physical security kasi nagkaroon ng renovation sa building na yun recently. May mga security feature pa na dapat mailagay doon at siguro yun ang pinagsalamantalahan ng mga tumakas na ito,” he said“Nagbigay naman ng assurance na magsasabi rin sila pero syempre… ano pa rin yun hanggat hindi nila ginagawa yun remains as pag-uusap lang,” he said.

“Hinihikayat po namin sila na 'wag nila kunsintihin itong dalawa na ito. Mas mabauti po sumuko po sila para magkaroon ng pag-asa baka sakali pa sila makapagbagong-buhay,” he added.
