Roque insisting on Philippine sovereignty against the ICC probe is ignoring the fact that THE PHILIPPINES AGREED TO ABIDE BY THE PROVISIONS OF THE ROME STATUTE WHEN IT DECIDED TO RATIFY IT. That means the Philippines is duty bound to adhere to it. Sovereignty was never an issue.
