Amid the drop in COVID-19 cases in the past weeks, the government’s pandemic task force has downgraded Metro Manila and seven other areas to a more relaxed Alert Level 2 beginning Tuesday, Feb. 1 until Feb. 15 to allow the operation of more industries and increase the capacity for indoor services.In a statement on Sunday, Jan.

Abra, Apayao, Baguio City, Benguet, Kalinga and Mountain Province in the Cordillera Administrative Region; Dagupan City, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union and Pangasinan in Region 1; the City of Santiago, Cagayan, Isabela, Nueva Vizcaya and Quirino in Region 2; Angeles City, Aurora, Bataan, Nueva Ecija, Olongapo City, Pampanga, Tarlac and Zambales in Region 3.
