Fight!” Earlier on Friday, George Briones, General Counsel of the PFP, said Guanzon “illegally disclosed and leaked with undue haste” her decision to disqualify Marcos Jr. Briones also sought an investigation of Guanzon by the Comelec, saying Guanzon should be disbarred with her retirement benefits and lifetime pension forfeited.
Guanzon responded: “The Commission En Banc has no jurisdiction over an administrative complaint against a Commissioner. I am an impeachable officer. [You] people better study.”
Guanzon thinks that once she retires on Feb.2, 2022 from COMELEC, she is free to say anything even if her statements are vexatious & frivolous. In short she is above the law. OMG. Very dangerous!! Who do you think you are She can not reveal the Senator name now.
