The House of Representatives will resume its regular session on Monday amid tight protocols.Starting Monday, Speaker Lord Allan Velasco said that only 20% of the staff in each department and office will be allowed to report for work.A health and safety officer designated for each department and office can nominate staff members who will report to work on a daily basis under the HousePass system.

Others may join via videoconference.All House committee meetings and public hearings are held via videoconferencing.'This is not the time to be complacent. We needed to step up our health and safety protocols in the House so we could keep the legislative mill running even in the midst of what has been described as the worst surge in Covid-19 cases in the country,' Velasco said.
