Kailangang magkaisa ang mga Pilipino at patalsikin si Duts sa puwesto dahil dapat Filipino intellectuals ang lahat ng mga nakaupo sa gobyerno (see Presidential Proclamation No. 199, Series of 1999) at hindi ang mga traydor na Duts administration! OustDuterte OustDuterte2020

So they are selling the country now wow bago nga naman matapos term nila maachieve nila ultimate goal 😠😠😠😠

why not follow it instead. the constitution dictates it to protect public interest. you want foreign entities to influence domestic affairs? classic corporate greed, at its finest

Paving the way for China to own 100% of our public utilities starting with NGCP.

This will be favor those natural born citizens but migrated to other countries and became citizen over there. They can now invest in business and own it 100%.

It's only fair. I mean, look at all of the businesses and properties that are owned in other countries by these very same lawmakers .

Opening up more room for China

Rappler want this to happen.. So they can become legit.

Benta na lahat sa China

More of our patrimony for them to sell...

This is not right at all levels. pahirap kayo sa totoong nag tatrabaho.

Bkit kau mgpasa ng batas n ganyan nd b pinasara nio ang rappler dhil my pagaari ang banyaga ganun dn s abs cbn gusto nio ipasara

Whats limiting our growth is the incompetence and the corruption that you and your kinds are doing. Its never the Constitution.

You want to see traitors? The Congress is where youll see lots. Thats like saying you can now control the fate of a country which you dont really care about, or worse, that you like to fall down - thanks to fake news peddlers. So Thats plain and simple B.S.

Too many traitorsin the Philippines. Deserving of capital punishment.

leave that law alone....do not feed the country to foreigners. Any wise investor will bite a profitable business even without owning it.

Hindi pa straight to the point eh “ALLOWING CHINA TO OWN PH PUBLIC UTILITIES, OR SIMPLY GIVING UP THE PHILIPPINES TO XI JIN-PIG”

alipin sa sariling bayan all over again! now i can really say, Wow Philippines!

🤬

Magigising ang Pinoy pag wala na ang Pilipinas 😪

Tangina niyan. Ibigay na lang sa intsik

Someone’s gotta initiate a challenge to the congress’ objective of really doing these matter....all in the name of theoretical economy and not practical ones and that’s why there is imbalance in PH society

Whoever allows the passing bill should not be voted in the next elections....sacrificing the welfare of filipinos whereas the true limitation of economic growth is the red tapes the government implement from permits to taxes that are not reslly reasonable

What is limiting the country’s economic growth is the corruption and red tape of government agencies and that’s it....

Uh oh i think this is troublesome....it should be not be allowed...utilities of PH people should not be under foreigners...that is a mortal sin

yeah this is very very bad news. Has anyone heard of what happened to Venez uela?

They say we want sovereignty but are willing g to sell everything to a foreign country.

Ayan na.

No to the sell-off of the country to foreigners. 'Economic growth' is but a dry blinder used by opportunists who have businesses lined up to the detriment of nationalist development.

Ito ang resulta ng DDS voters. Pagbenta ng Pinas.

para maging Chinese owned ang mga public utilities natin? FUCK THAT

Terrible idea

Seems like a concession to a special foreigner — the Mainland Chinese.
