House approves bill seeking to create separate facility for high-level offenders

The House of Representatives on Wednesday approved on third reading a bill that seeks to establish a facility exclusive for high-level offenders.

High-level offenders are those convicted of heinous crimes and are identified by the Director General of the BuCor as high risk.

Include a concert hall in that facility.

Another 'knee-jerk reaction' na naman sa House dahil sa mga Pharmally execs. Di man lang ata pinagisipan na chik-chikan na doon. Puro 'utog'! Sa Senate, dapat itigil 'to. It's time for new prison o balak nilang i-keep ang current status quo' ...salvage-gin na lang.

Magpagawa na lang ng bagonhg bilibid doon sa Tawi Tawi. Dalin doon kung sino man, high or low profile.
