Ayon kay Tagorda, umaabot pa rin sa mahigit 3,000 ang bilang ng mga aktibong kaso sa buong lalawigan. “Humihingi po kami ng timeout, eto ay ibig sabihin--hindi kami magbo-boycott o ano, hindi ganoon po yon. Ang hinihingi naming timeout po sana ay sana ilagay sa restricted o kaya enhanced community quarantine yung mga high-risk areas ng Ilocos.”
