Gordon Murray's new supercar can rev up to 11,100 rpm - Auto News

. It was inspired by Murray’s most famous road-going design – the McLaren F1. It had the looks, the power, and specs to take on other high-performance machines. However, it seems the T.50 won’t be the only model the manufacturer will offer.

Aside from the high-revving V12, owners will be able to row their own gears. The T.33 comes standard with a 6-speed manual gearbox, but it is also available with an optional paddle shifter. The Xtrac-built manual transmission is also very light, weighing only 82kg. Paired with the lightweight V12 that only weighs 178kg, GMA has managed to keep the weight of the T.33 down. While GMA did not share performance stats, we expect it to be very fast.
