The Inter-Agency Task Force has announced new risk-level classifications for Abra, Baguio City, Bohol, and Ilocos Norte, Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque said in a statement on Thursday night, Sept. 23.Specifically, the government’s pandemic task force has escalated protocols in Abra, Baguio City, and Bohol by placing them under general community quarantine with heightened restrictions.

These new risk-level classifications shall take effect starting tomorrow, Sept. 24, 2021, until Sept. 30, 2021. Outdoor tourist attractions, on the other hand, shall be allowed at 30 percent venue capacity with strict adherence to minimum public health standards.
