Gab Valenciano admits having bipolar disorder

Singer-dancer Gab Valenciano has revealed on Thursday that he has been living with bipolar disorder, a mental condition that causes unusual mood shifts, as well as clinical depression for more than a year now.

"It takes one single trigger for all that to go haywire, and all that to go into chaos," the celebrity said. “Recently, my workload has quadrupled, not just with Frontrow, a lot of other things.
