Fintech firm PayMaya bags award for digital platform | Rizal Raoul Reyes

FINANCIAL technology firm PayMaya Philippines Inc. announced it was recently cited at the awards given by LinkedIn Corp., whose product Paymaya uses.

According to Chief People Officer Carla G. Lanza, PayMaya has employed a “10X talent” strategy that combines data-driven global recruitment via the talent solutions product of the award-giver, LinkedIn. Lanza said the latter is combined with the electronic money-issuer’s “high engagement employee referral platform.” Called “people connect,” she explained the program complements another program that PayMaya designed for “top technology and business graduates.

The LinkedIn “talent awards” program is “an annual global event that recognizes companies adopting, innovating and moving the talent community forward into the new world of work.” The awards body recognizes successful organizations that have made a significant impact using the firm’s “talent solutions” products, according to LinkedIn.
