Nauna nang sinabi ng National Bureau of Investigation na posibleng glitch ang nangyari kung bakit nagkaroon ng mga impostor na account. Samantala, nanawagan ang human rights watchdog na Karapatan na manghimasok na ang Commission on Human Rights para imbestigahan ang nangyari sa Facebook.
