Duterte: When I said I will fight drugs in 6 months, I thought it was like in Davao

President Rodrigo Duterte had this to say in his final State of the Nation Address as he looked back at one of his campaign promises back in 2016 when he was vying for the presidential post: fighting the prevalence of illegal drugs in the country.“When I first said I will fight drugs in six months, I thought it was like in Davao. You can either coerce, intimidate or bribe them or give them money, I said, ‘Lumabas kayo ng Davao, doon kayo magkalat sa Luzon, ‘wag dito sa Davao ,’” Duterte said.

Davao has never been cleared off any illegal drugs. Ano pinagsasabi ng sabog na ito? Mantakin mo maging yung high-grade cocaine. Mula noon, hanggang ngayon nakakapasok pa rin ng Davao City, by bricks ha. Cocaine yan, hinde mga pobre ang kliyente at parokyano ng drugs na yan.

Parang Davao naman talaga. HINDI PA TAPOS ANG PROBLEMA. Protektado ang drug lords. Yong maliliit lang ang focus. Ang daming patayan pero hindi pa rin natatapos ang problema. Ulooll!

Liar, liar pants on fire! Ayon sa mga balita di ba hanggang ngayon ang dami pang nahuhuling droga sa Davao? Definitely hindi pwedeng gawing accomplishment mo at ng anak mo ang drug problem sa Davao. Magmalaki ka kung na-solve sana ang problema. 🤔🙄
