President Rodrigo Duterte throws another set of blows at Senator Richard Gordon, insinuating that the lawmaker pocketed PDAF money worth ₱88 million and called out supposed false positive COVID-19 cases in Philippine Red Cross laboratories.

, so you co-mingled it with the money of Red Cross," said Duterte.

The PDAF, popularly known as pork barrel, is a discretionary fund distributed to senators and congressmen to fund local projects. Duterte claimed that 44 out of 49 hospital personnel who tested positive in their first reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction test taken at PRC's Subic laboratory, yielded negative results when they took the same test in other laboratories.

"You could be putting more people at risk. You could be falsely adding to the total positive cases per day of this country," said Duterte.
