Manigbas-Espina, assistant city prosecutor, Tanauan City; Manuel Emilio Barbero Afiado, assistant city prosecutor, Cauayan City; Alvin Bonsol Diokno, assistant city prosecutor, Las Pinas City; Milagros C.
