Ayon sa awtoridad, paraan din ito upang maiwasan ang pagkukumpol-kumpol ng mga tao na posibleng maging dahilan ng mabilis na pagkalat ng virus.

BORONGAN CITY - Umarangkada na nitong Biyernes ang drive-thru COVID-19 vaccination sa siyudad na ito sa Eastern Samar, para mas dumami pa ang mababakunahan sa lungsod.

Ayon sa mga awtoridad, paraan din ito upang maiwasan ang pagkukumpol-kumpol ng mga tao na posibleng maging dahilan ng mabilis na pagkalat ng virus.Simula ngayong Linggo, Hunyo 13, mahigpit na ring ipapatupad ang pagpagamit ng mga QR code sa mga residente ng lungsod.Watch more in iWantTFC Ang mga magbibiyahe papasok at palabas ng Borongan ay kailangan nang magpakita ng QR Code sa mga border control at checkpoints.

Naglabas na rin ng executive order si Borongan City Mayor Jose Ivan Dayan Agda para ipasailalim sa modified enhanced community quarantine o MECQ ang lungsod simula ngayong June 13.Nitong Biyernes, umabot sa 412 ang bagong kaso ng naturang sakit sa buong rehiyon.Pumangalawa naman ang Tacloban City na may naitalang 45 kaso. Umabot naman sa 29 ang bilang ng bagong kaso sa Ormoc City, habang isa lang ang naitala ngayong araw sa Borongan City.

Kasalukuyang umaarangkada ang national vaccination program ng bansa, kung saan lagpas 4.6 milyon na ang nakakuha ng unang dose kontra sa COVID-19. - Ulat ni Sharon Evite
