Doug Kramer on daughter Kendra's 13th birthday: 'Papa's always watching'

Doug also posted a video Kendra's birthday moments since she was a baby and other clips of the growing lady singing, dancing, practicing sports, and modeling.

"Seemed like just yesterday you were that chubby baby who's personality was larger than life, very loud, unbashful, full of spunk and so playful," he said. "Though you're more reserved these days, it's nice to see that your witty punchlines and charisma remains. You make everyone laugh with your cleverness and easy going personality," he added. "Your charm is like no other baby."
