“Belle is herself. Sometimes she just separates herself, she goes what she thinks with, like, her life and doesn’t care about what other people say. I really admire that about her,” he said. “She doesn’t let anyone affect her. She’s very focused.”
Pangilinan then talked about how they handle negative comments from critics, reiterating his previous statement defending Mariano from those judging her physical appearance. “Well, we’re in showbiz, what can we expect? There’s gonna be voices from everywhere but I always tell her, we tell each other, those voices don’t matter,” he added. “Belle is so talented, she has so much ahead of her and I’m just so happy that I get to witness this journey with her.”
