Pinagdudahan din ng COA ang P81 milyon na liquidations ng Philippine Health Insurance Corporation mula sa interim reimbursement mechanism funds ng ahensiya.Nirekomenda ng COA kay Health Secretary Francisco Duque na paalalahanan ang kanyang mga opisyal na dapat mabilis at maayos ang paggamit ng pandemic funds.
"Dapat tuloy-tuloy din ang mga benepisyo ng health workers, hindi on and off. Dapat tuloy-tuloy pa rin hanggang sa kasalukuyan, habang may pandemya pa rin po. Kasi ang ating gobyerno parang every virus lang, may tinatakdang buwan lang naibibigay," ani Robert Mendoza, AHW president.
