Hindi puwedeng i-force 'yung bakuna sa ating mga kababayan," said Cua."May certain percent of population na hindi komportable magpabakuna whether it is for religious reasons or medical reasons. 'Yun 'yung generic nilang binibigay na dahilan," said Cua.
