The newly-formed Dynamic Herb Cebu Football Club also had its fair share of struggles and challenges brought by the COVID-19 pandemic.

The club looks ready to start their campaign in the Philippines Football League , but forming the entire team was a huge challenge, club manager Ugur Tasci said.

However, Tasci admitted that forming the club is a constant struggle for him given the COVID-19 health and safety protocols that need to be followed. The club boasts a league-standard astro-turf playing field equipped with all the needed facilities including shower rooms, locker rooms, coaching staff office spaces, press boxes, and medical facilities situated in Inayawan, Cebu City, near the South Road Properties .
