There are now 634 total confirmed COVID-19 cases among Filipinos overseas, of which 27.1% (172 individuals) have recovered and 12.5% (79) have died.Still undergoing treatment are 383 Filipinos. (1/3) In this time of contemplation, the work of the DFA, along with its 94 Foreign Service Posts, continues in aid of our Overseas Filipinos.

“With the continuous global efforts against #COVID19, we hope for the eventual recovery of our OFs (overseas Filipinos) who are undergoing treatment,” it added.The cases have come from 39 countries, based on the data shared by the DFA. Of the 634, 226 are in the Asia Pacific region, 210 are in Europe, 120 are in the Americas, and 78 are in Middle East and Africa.
