MORE fully vaccinated students in basic education may return to in-person classroom study after President Duterte finally approved the recommendation of the Department of Education to expand the implementation of face-to-face classes.

“Their recommendation to the President is to allow the DepEd, together with DOH , to expand the face-to-face classes especially those [areas] under Alert Level 2,” Nograles said at an online news briefing on Tuesday. She said the scheme was well received by the participating and fully vaccinated students as well as their teachers.
