Hoping to reach children displaced by disasters and out-of-school youth, the DepEd announced that it was opening early registration for those entering Kindergarten and Grades 1, 7 and 11. | MatthewINQ

Early registration desks would be open between Feb. 1 and March 6 to accept into Kindergarten children who are 5 years old on or before Aug. 31.Kindergarten and Grade 1 registrants must have a Philippine Statistics Authority or National Statistics Authority birth certificate or, in its abscence, a local civil registrar baptismal or barangay certificate.

Students for early registration for Grades 1, 7 and 11 must have completed Kindergarten, Grade 6 and Grade 10, respectively.
