Gov. Manuel N. Mamba said he and other provincial officers recently met with the representatives of the agency about the projects.
The governor said the local government and the national government see the potential of the two important projects that will propel economic activity in the province. Mamba is thankful to the President and optimistic that with the national government’s support his vision for the province of Cagayan will soon materialize.
With the support of the national government, Mamba expressed his belief that Cagayan will be more progressive for the next generation to see.
