Finding: Failure to itemize relief packs. What a finding? Cge nga itemize nyo millions of relief packs/donations in the DSWD, DOH, Office of the President or other govt agencies? In audit protocols, they can be considered as lots with approximate number of pieces per lot.
Hindi deficiencies ang tawag diyan, kasi kung deficiency, hindi magbibigyan nang Highest Audit Rating. Tawag dyan 'Recommendation' meaning, over-all, highly compliant sa procedures & accounting ang OVP, w/ recommendation for improvements, which OVP has acknowledged and complied.
Material po ba yung deficiencies? Pag di material it will not affect the unqualified rating ng auditors. Wag kayong ano.
