Duterte-Carpio said the number of coronavirus cases in Barangay 23-C had been increasing based on the latest tests conducted by the city government on Friday. “We just conducted a RT-PCR tests in the area and a lot of residents turned out positive,” she bared. She said the city government was set to implement an intervention in Barangay 23-C to stop the spread of the virus by putting the area under enhanced community quarantine next week.
