To claim that the dolomite sand usage for Manila bay project for sight seeing is wrong. DENR did the project planning without coordinating with other agencies, particularly who is expert in doing a comprehensive project feasibility study.

How about people are dying to see a change of environment after a long period of unending quarantine? You lock a group of people in a city and give them access to place that needed no travel pass nor medical certification and that’s a guarantee that people will crowd.
Rehab means improving the water quality, not just making it look pretty. Do a physico-chem analysis and a coliform test. Has Manila Bay really been rehabilitated?
Manila Bay needs: 1. Relocation of informal settlers throwing waste to the sea 2. Waste water treatment plant from sewerage around the bay 3. Strict implementation of solid waste disposal laws WALANG white sand na kailangan. Mga tabogong DDS
