JLGMH and the Zambales Medical Mission Group Coop Hospital are at a high-risk level.Only the Mother and Child General Hospital is still at a safe level, the same DOH data showed.On Sept. 7, the ICU bed occupancy rate of the city also hit its maximum capacity, although beds became available in recent days.
