Cop ends life after killing wife, son - police

CAMP OLA, Albay – A policeman ended his life after shooting his wife and their three-year-old son dead at the height of the couple’s argument inside their house in Virac town, Catanduanes province early Saturday morning, Jan. 15.

“Sa gitna ng pagtatalo ay bumunot ng baril ang suspek at binaril sa ulo ang 28-anyos na asawang si “Joy” habang nakatalikod na tumagos sa karga nitong bata. Matapos ang insidente ay nagpatiwakal din ang suspek gamit ang service firearm nito,” Calubaquid said. She added that the child was still conscious when responding police arrived. He was immediately brought to the hospital but declared dead on arrival.
