Isinailalim ulit sa modified enhanced community quarantine ang Metro Manila, Bulacan, Cavite at Rizal matapos manawagan ang mga healthcare frontliners na maglockdown ulit ang mga naturang lugar dahil sa patuloy na pagtaas ng kaso ng COVID-19.Isa dito si Jayson Espineli, construction worker at single dad sa 3 anak.

Naabutan ng ABS-CBN News sa may EDSA si Espineli na hapo na dahil bukod pa sa layo na ng kanyang nalakad, may bitbit pa siya na mga baon para sa dalawang linggong pag stay-in sa pinagtatrabahuan.
