“In order for the party-list groups, organizations, and coalitions with pending incidents to have the opportunity to secure a status quo ante order from the Supreme Court, the conduct of party-list raffle to determine the order of their listing on the official ballot for purposes of the 2022 national and local elections
has been rescheduled,” the Comelec said in an advisory on Thursday.The raffle will be conducted at 10 a.m. on December 14 at the poll body’s Session Hall at the Palacio del Gobernador Building in Intramuros, Manila and simultaneously via Microsoft Teams.and 13 others with pending appeals that may participate in the raffle.
