MMDA dapat ang mga private cars at motocycles ang ipadaan sa mga minor roads. Para ang mga buses na lamang ang dadaan sa edsa. Obvious nman kung bakit di ba? Alangan namang ang mga malalaking sasakyan ang ipadaan sa mga minor roads.

Sana iregulate na din kasi ang public transpo i.e. implement designated bus stops and fixed schedules. In developed countries, even business executives take public trains because they are so organized.
Actually, if you zoom-in the picture, you will see that all the private cars are stuck at the back where the buses are being squeezed into the last 2 lanes and where only the last lane is left, creating a bottleneck. Picture does not establish the full context.
