The former television host explained that aerial sports are also dangerous, citing the need for proper guidance in training for those disciplines. “It’s good for your cardiovascular health," explained Sotto."It increases your strength and flexibility. It helps tone the body and helps you lose weight.”
The actress is also looking forward to build the national team that can compete in international meets. She also encouraged persons with disabilities to join since there are events in international pole dancing tournaments allotted for them.
