Chinese doctors to help overwhelmed Filipino virus frontliners

MANILA- A team of Chinese medical experts is set to fly to the Philippines "shortly" to help in the country's fight against the spread of COVID-19 as more local health frontliners become overwhelmed with the pandemic response.

"Mayroong team na inihahanda na pupunta diyan para tumulong sa atin. I think that will be done soon kasi pinag-uusapan na yung details kailan makakapunta, sino, sa lalong madaling panahon," he said in a televised briefing. The development came as several private hospitals said it could no longer accommodate more COVID-19 cases due to overcapacity.Manila sought the help of Beijing on the pandemic after the economic giant saw a slowdown in its virus cases, said Health Undersecretary Maria Rosario Vergeire.

Pwe! This whole mess started with them because they slaughter wildlife and they lied about the virus. The Chinese Communist Party is just trying to save face by sending teams all over the world.

You know what we should, in this day of crisis, rumors and criticism must be eliminated. Just support each other and don't react too early. Mistake is mistakes it will be correct sooner or later.

We need a help! Its not the time to pretend that we had enough man power to fight COVID-19 and please, don't throw any hate to the Chinese nationals because they show goodness to us and that was evident.
