MANILA - There are already "more than 20" universities and colleges that offered their facilities as COVID-19 vaccination sites to their respective local government units.
"For example, in Iloilo Science and Technology University, I think two campuses. Capiz State University, I think three campuses. So if you count all of it now, it's more than 20 already that are negotiating," he explained. Meanwhile, 28 state universities "outside Metro Manila" have been used as quarantine facilities since March 2020.
