Police Colonel Josefino Ligan, CCPO director, reminds the public to strictly adhere the city’s health protocols as they will also be stern in their implementation.

Police Colonel Josefino Ligan, CCPO director, said that while the city is placed under a more relaxed quarantine status, the stricter they would implement the health protocols since more people will now venture out of their houses. The city was placed under general community quarantine from September 1 to September 30, 2021, and Ligan said this may be lowered to MGCQ after.

From September 8 to September 21, the top police official said they recorded a total of 2,835 apprehensions and rescued 639 minors.
