Some 349 new COVID-19 cases were registered in Cagayan province on Sunday, local data showed. | VillVisayaJrINQ

Most of these cases were recorded in this city, which added 63 infections that day. The other new cases were from the towns of Lasam, Alcala, Baggao, Pamplona, Solana, and Sta. Ana.This city also logged 11 new COVID-19 deaths on Sunday while Solana and Sta. Ana each had two new deaths while the towns of Camalaniugan, Claveria, Lal-lo, and Sta. Teresita had one each.

Tuguegarao still has the highest active infections in the province at 824 while Baggao and Aparri have 274 and 253 cases, respectively. Pamplona has 221 while Alcala has 214 active cases, local data showed. INQ
