– As more unexploded ordnance are being recovered in parts of this province, the Police Regional Office 2 is warning the public to be careful because these could be potentially deadly.
“People must be reminded that these items are dangerous, and, hence, they should not attempt to keep any of these as souvenirs or use them for any purpose,” PRO-2 Director Brig. Gen. Crizaldo O. Nieves said. Abella said the latest UXO that was recovered was a 105mm high explosive bomb in Barangay Nabaccayan, Gattaran, Cagayan.
