The Municipality of Binangonan has urged its residents to get their COVID booster shots as an added protection against COVID-19.

As of January 23, a total of 144,673 fully vaccinated individuals out of the total target population of around 227,000 while there are around 82,327 who are still unvaccinated.

Based on the ordinance, unvaccinated and not fully vaccinated people shall remain in their respective residences at all times except for procuring essential goods or services such as, but not limited to, food, water, medicine, medical devices, public utilities, work, and medical and dental necessities.

They are also banned in indoor or outdoor places, such as in restaurants and other food establishments. They are also banned from using public transportation except for buying essential goods and accessing essential services.
