A report from Occidental Mindoro police director Col. Hordan Pacatiw stated that Ryan Oliva’s gray back pack containing various valuable items was found by Jinny Histas, a local resident, around 6:00 a.m.
“According to Histas, he was walking along the seashore and about to catch fish when he noticed the said bag little bit covered by sand and garbage,” the police report said.The bag reportedly contained Oliva’s various identification cards, such as his non-professional driver’s license, as well as ATM and rewards cards.Oliva, who is also the chief of the Legislative Liaison Unit of the Department of Tourism, has gone missing since Saturday, November 21, according to his family.
