Workers should be exempted from the “no vaccine, no ride” policy being implemented by the Department of Transportation for public-utility vehicles , according to the Department of Labor and Employment .

He also cited the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases Resolution 148-B, which “requires” workers to be fully vaccinated before they could go to work onsite. “What we need is more information to inform the implementing agencies about this exemption to the general rule of ‘no vax, no ride’ policy especially for our workers,” Bello said.
