"I believe ang pagiging chief PNP is a destiny, kahit anong gawin mula siguro ng ikaw ay pinanganak kung hindi para sayo at hindi ipagkaloob ng Diyos sayo ay hindi magiging sayo," he added. "Even hindi ako taga-Davao at hindi niya ako personally kilala he based my appointment on my performance, sinabi niya yun," Albayalde said.
