Police Major Michelle Agnetha Gaviola, Bagac police chief, identified the victim as Danilo Panganiban, 34.Initial investigation showed that the suspect was attacked by village councilman Eduardo Panganiban, 42, who is the victim’s first cousin.

The police said the victim was attending to a complaint lodged in his office regarding a vehicular accident when he was confronted by his cousin for an unknown reason.
