Nabanggit na ni Mayor Sara Duterte noong Biyernes ng hapon pa lang sa isang lokal na government radio program na posibleng magsagawa ng lockdown dahil sa mataas na bilang ng nagkakasakit sa barangay.Sa kabuuan, may 88 residente sa 23-C ang nagpositibo ng COVID-19.
