Sa takot, hindi na nakapalag ang biktima at hinatak pa umano sa isang kwarto at doon siya pinagsamantalahan. Nasa kustodiya na ng Manila Police ang suspek. Sinabi nitong hindi totoo ang mga paratang sa kanya at sinabing hindi pinilit ang biktima.
