Balanga Bishop Ruperto Santos and his priests in the diocese are foregoing their monthly allowances to help their staff and other people during this difficult time.

“With this present difficult and uncertain economic situations, we priests in the Diocese have decided to forego our monthly stipends of months of March and April; some April to May for the sake of people, especially our all Diocesan employees and personnel,” Santos said in a statement.
