The Department of Labor and Employment has released the guidelines for the latest round of its COVID-19 Adjustment Measure Program for workers affected by the more stringent Alert Level 3.

The Department of Labor and Employment has released the guidelines for the latest round of its Coronavirus Disease Adjustment Measure Program for workers affected by the more stringent Alert Level 3.

According to DOLE, private establishments may apply for cash aid on behalf of their employees, while individual workers can also apply for the assistance themselves. Affected establishments are required to submit a report of temporary or permanent closure covering January 2022 onwards, and latest payroll or any of the following alternative documents:• Authority to debit account sent by employer to bank for wages of employees• List of employees with 13th month pay• Clear photo of himself/herself holding a valid government-issued IDEligible companies and individuals can apply for the assistance online through the DOLE Establishment Reporting System at reports.
